Pushing the Limits of EPD Zeros Method

The use of partition function zeros in the study phase transition is growing last decade mainly due to improved numerical methods as well novel formulations and analysis. In this paper impact different parameters choice for energy probability distribution (EPD) recently introduced by Costa et al explored search optimal values. Our results indicate that EPD method very robust against parameter variations only small deviations on estimated critical temperatures are found even large variation parameters, allowing obtain accurate with low computational cost. A proposal circumvent potential convergence issues original algorithm presented validated case where it occurs.
